Chilled Water Pump Control Panel for 30 kW motor – 51.06 Amp rating

FLIR T640

Thermal images of outgoing 75 A MEC Breaker termination cable towards GMC 65 Contactor observed ∆T 68.1°C to the adjacent cable. Blue phase cable indicate 140.3°C compare to yellow and red phases which are 67.5°C and 77.6°C respectively.

Could anyone suggest the probable cause of this extremely high thermal pattern.

I assume that the wires we see looping down, disappearing behind the breaker, and then reappearing and looping over the top are the same wires.
Given that the temperature differential does not continue along the length of the wire, it appears to be a bad connection or bad internal to the breaker.
