Looking for information on ideas on how to set up a Predictive Maintenance Program.
Me and a Co-worker has been deemed to help start a Predictive Maintenance Program and need information. Thermography will be the main tool we will be using, but we will also be combining it with Ultra-Sonic and Vibrations Analysis. The areas we will be covering are, Electric, Water, Waste Water, and later, maybe Gas. That means a lot of equipment. Can anyone help us with Scheduling, techniques that worked for your company, and anything else that might I've may have forgotten to mention? Some of the equipment that we will be shooting will be, Distribution panels, MCC's, Substation equipment, Pumps, Conveyors, VFD's, etc. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Another thing we will be doing is posting images to be critiqued by you all and we are looking for hard honest opinions.

Thank You in advanced.
